Running late.

I know I said I was going to be on the top of my game lately, but its proving to be easier said then done. With work getting crazy, I have zero time during the day to take pictures! But to pass the time, here are some pictures of what I'm wearing to work today, simple and light because it gets hot at lord and Taylor. Wish me luck!

So I have had this skirt for almost a year now and I have not worn it as much as I thought I would, but with the recent high-low skirt craze happening, I decided to make my own and re-vamp this under-appreciated thrift find. I took it out for a test run yesterday at work and I was shocked at the response I got for my co-workers and customers. Everyone seemed to love it, which just made my day! to some people clothes are just clothes, but to me they mean so much more. When I put myself out there, and people recognize it, it makes me feel so amazing. Thank you!

Today has consisted of making ice cream, warehouse 13 and cleaning, so getting out and taking these pictures was a nice change of scenery. And today we have a guest on Champagne and The Wisdom, my little man, Tony. He is such as ham.

All I have to say is I'M BACK! It has been a while but this time around I am going to make sure I stick around longer. I still have a month and a half for summer left to enjoy and then back to school I go.I will make sure to continue blogging after classes start as well. I mean who doesn't love fall fashion, right? And with my new position as Secretary in the MSU Fashion Club, Wednesdays will officially be dedicated to our item of the week. As for now happy blogging!
